What a great scene it was the other day at the University of North Carolina to see members of the Tar Heels basketball team join members of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, in paying tribute to the late Stuart Scott, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha, with a step.
Scott, the popular ESPN sportscaster who passed away in January, attended UNC. He was the step-master for Alpha’s Mu chapter. It was a really cool moment. Even as a member of the mighty Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, I can appreciate the honor for a fellow greek.
