Walk over to the “Power to the People” station. Kill the Leadhead Splicer at the first exhibit, then look to your right to see a small room containing a Health Station and some Anti-Personnel Rounds. There's also an ADAM Corpse nearby. You'll find a Circus of Values, an El Ammo Bandito, and a shimmering ADAM Corpse. The Research Camera detects various types of attacks during a battle and will increase the score if different ones are used in combination. To the left of the Bot Shutdown Panel is a thing of Rivets and some boards. Shooting this oxygen tank causes it to leak. A Security Camera is perched on the wall to your right. Effect: Increases the duration for which enemies are frozen and gives the Drill a chance to freeze the enemy upon impact. Outside of those scenarios, though, it doesn't really shine. To your right are some Anti-Personnel Rounds. Notes: You don't have any freezing attacks yet. Film and kill them all. The path to your right leads to an EVE Hypo, some .50 Caliber Rounds, and a lootable Storage Crate. Head along the catwalk near the Health Station until you enter The Hamilton Building. Grab it, then look under the Desk to find some 00 Buck and some Anti-Personnel Rounds. The nearby cabinet has an Audio Diary sitting on it. Effect: You equip active Gene Tonics in Gene Tonic Slots. Note: This Gene Tonic is only useful if you encounter empty container. Just circle them while shooting them with Heavy Rivets. Jump up onto the hand follow along this path to find a Corpse and an Audio Diary. On the dresser, you'll find some Trap Rivets and an Audio Diary. Audio Diary and Gene Tonic in hand, follow the Quest Arrow until you end up in the reception area of The Sinclair Deluxe.
