Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Rips Trumps Lies and Bigotry

As Trump  defends his racist, xenophobia towards Muslims _ by proposing to ban them from entering the United States _  Trump tweeted the lie about not knowing any great Muslim athletes.  Of course, that is despite the fact  boxing champion Muhammad Ali, arguably the most famous person in the world, is Muslim. And, so is NBA great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, one of the greatest players in the history of the sport.   Muslim athletes, and even non-Muslim athletes in the NBA and NFL have denounced Trump’s pathological lies.

Trump’s attack on Muslims inspired Ali to release a statement rejecting his claim. Jabbar, a brilliant writer/columnist for Time Magazine called Trump out for being the serial liar that he is.
