Derrick Gervin’s ‘As Good As It Gets’ podcast touched on a variety of topics in its latest edition, including the fortunes of the Los Angeles Lakers with LeBron James.
Gervin, who played for the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Jersey Nets, was joined by Rickey Hampton and Michael Roberson, columnists for TheAfricanAmericanAthlete.com.
The guys also talked about the business aspect of professional sports, which has been on full display in the NFL recently with the contract disputes of Le’Veon Bell in Pittsburgh and Earl Thomas in Seattle.
