Former TSU football player Latrelle Lee has been charged with felony assault for his sideline attack of an assistant coach on the sidelines during a recent TSU football game. Lee, 22, was booked for aggravated assault by the Nashville Metro police. According to reports, he has been released on a bond of $7500.
Video shows Lee punching the assistant coach twice, and knocking him to the ground.
Lee, a senior, who was set to graduate in December, was dismissed from the football team, and expelled from the university following the incident.
