Former Baltimore mayor Sheila Dixon and longtime D.C. area coach Jay Shorter were guests on ‘In And Out Of Sports‘ hosted by D.C. talk show legend Butch McAdams.
Shorter opened up the show talking about the legacy of D.C. basketball with Butch. Shorter has been coaching and mentoring young athletes in D.C. for nearly 50-years.
Dixon was a Baltimore council member (1999-2007) who went on to serve as mayor from 2007-2010. She discussed the challenges and future of Baltimore, as well as the importance of public service.
