Ingram is the father of New Orleans Saints’ running back Mark Ingram Jr.
However, Mark Sr. has an NFL career of his own to talk about. He was a first round draft pick in the 1987 draft out of Michigan State University as a wide receiver by the New York Giants. During his 10 year career, Ingram Sr. was a member of the Super Bowl XXV champion Giants. He also played with the Miami Dolphins, Green Bay Packers and Philadephia Eagles.
Ingram Sr. will be discussing his NFL career, including playing for coach Bill Parcells, and playing with Lawrence Taylor, Dan Marino and Brett Favre. He will also talk about the mistakes he made after his career that ended with his incarceration, and his special relationship with his son, Mark, who won the Heisman Trophy at the University of Alabama.
