Tubman.

Baltimore basketball legend James ‘Pop’ Tubman and tennis standout Noa Boyd, the No. 1 ranked high school player in Maryland, were the guests on ‘In And Out Of Sports’ hosted by D.C. talk show legend Butch McAdams.

Tubman was an electric, dynamic, playmaking guard for Calvert Hall from 1980-82. He was the catalyst of an amazing run of 91-5 over his high school career, including a remarkable 34-0 season in 1982.

Boyd, who lives in Silver Springs, Md. and attends Springbrook High School, is not only the No. 1 ranked player in Maryland, but is one of the top high school players in the country. She is headed to Charleston Southern University on a scholarship next fall.

‘In And Out Of Sports’ is brought to you by Hortons Funeral Service, Elite Dental, and Germ Sweep. Click to hear the interview.1
