Terry Mills, who helped lead the Michigan Wolverines to the 1989 NCAA title, and played 12 seasons in the NBA was a guest on Derrick Gervin’s ‘As Good As It Gets’ podcast.
The 6-foot-10 Mills, from suburban Detroit, was the 16th pick in the 1990 draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, who traded him to Denver. Mills was one of the first ‘stretch forwards’ in the NBA.
He was capable of knocking down 3-pointers and scoring in the post. Mills discussed his career and his current duties at the University of Michigan color analyst with Derrick, and Rickey Hampton and Michael Roberson of TheAfricanAmericanAthlete.com. Click the link to listen to the interview.
